Children's Parade lines up at 5:45, fireworks will begin at approximately 9:15Description
Events for July 4, 2024, in Middleburg begin at 6:00pm and include:
- Live music from Sozzled
- Food & Beverages available for purchase from Divine Swine, Auntie RaRa's Handcrafted Ice Cream, and the American Legion
- Bouncy Houses courtesy of Middleburg Baptist Church
- Fireworks are scheduled to begin around 9:15pm (subject to change)
The fun begins with the Independence Day Kid's Parade, starting at the Middleburg Community Center and ending at the Middleburg Community Charter School (MCCS).
Activities will be held at the MCCS basketball court, and the fireworks form Salamander Resort will be viewed from the ball field. Visitors are encouraged to bring their own blankets and lawn chairs.
PARKING:
Parking is limited and but available throughout the Middleburg and at the Community Center’s gravel parking lot. Limited handicapped accessible parking is available (with a placard) at MCCS.
GUIDELINES:
All attendees are asked to respect private property, keep out of the Town Hall construction site, and stay outside the area marked with police tape.
Please leave your pets at home--both for school regulations and due to the fireworks.
Alcoholic beverages are not permitted at the event or anywhere on the MCCS property.
In case of inclement weather, A rain date is scheduled for July 5, 2024.
